Job summary

Lapels Cleaners in Colorado is seeking energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps / Team members to join a busy retail operation. You will greet walk-in customers, help with drop-offs and pick-ups, and assist with cleaning and finishing needs while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role offers flexible scheduling, no late nights, and opportunities to gain experience in a practical, recession-proof service industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
• Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
• Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs, and/or questions
• Sort and examine articles of clothing
• Mark-In incoming customer orders
• Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
• Other duties as assigned
