Crew Carwash is opening a new Center Grove location in Fall 2025. We are hiring for Full and Part-Time Customer Service Team Members in Greenwood, IN to join a team that values safety and customer satisfaction.

You’ll help customers, keep the site clean, and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly wage ($15–$16/hour) with incentive pay, daily pay options, PTO and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Part-time 10 hrs/wk or Full-time 30 hrs/wk minimum.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Must hustle with urgency.
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run or jump.
• Able to push/pull drums and materials with equipment.
• Work near moving mechanical parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, platforms.
• Lift/move at least 25 pounds.
• Operate and use electronic devices.
• Be prepared for weather extremes.
