Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Customer Service Team Member in Indiana. You will greet customers with a smile, uphold safety, and WOW customers while advising and loading vehicles. The role emphasizes quality service and maintaining a clean park-like environment for guests.

Full- or part-time schedules are available; compensation is $15–$16 per hour plus incentives, with daily pay options and full-time benefits. No prior experience required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Minimum 10 hours per week part-time or 30 hours per week full-time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Able to hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run and/or jump.
• Able to push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment.
• Able to work near/around moving mechanical parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Able to operate and utilize electronic devices.
• Able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
