Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Support Associate—Bob Squad to assist guests across in-store, phone, and digital channels. You will process orders, manage calls, and support store teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience with emphasis on accuracy and empathy.

The role is full-time and in-store, with flexible retail hours and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing omnichannel retailer.

Qualifications
