Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Support Associate to join the Bob Squad. In this in-store, omnichannel role you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and online to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You’ll help with orders, manage calls, support store teams, and use support systems with integrity, enthusiasm, and care. This is a full-time, in-store position with flexible retail hours.
