Job summary

XACT is seeking energetic individuals to deliver excellent customer service from a secured home office. The role offers flexible scheduling, full-time employment, and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must speak English fluently.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute or greater.
• High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
• Dedicated home office space free from distractions with a door that can be closed.
• A Windows 10 (or newer) desktop computer with 8 GB RAM; laptops are not eligible.
• 19" monitor (or larger) with multiple displays preferred.
• A webcam for training and collaboration.
• Wired network connection required (no Wi-Fi).
• An approved USB headset for VOIP.
• A modern mobile phone with MFA capability (iOS 17+/Android 12+; Apple or Samsung preferred).

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for energetic individuals that have an interest in providing our clients/customers with excellent customer service from your secured home office

Requirements

• Must speak English fluently.
• Be able to type 40 words per minute or greater;
• High-speed DSL or cable connection rated at least 10 MB download speed and 2 MB upload speed.
• Dedicated home office space, which is free from distraction, and with a door that can be closed and locked. We will ask you to provide a picture of this space. Your workspace must be a dedicated working environment that is used exclusively by you.
• A personal desktop computer running a licensed version of Windows10 or higher (Windows 11 preferred), with 8 GB of RAM (Core i3 processor, or better).Laptops are not eligible for the work-at-home agent program.
• A 19″ flat panel monitor (minimum), multiple displays recommended and preferred.
• A webcam, for training, compliance, and collaboration purposes.
• A wired network connection (wireless is not permitted).
• An approved-brand USB headset for VOIP
• A modern mobile phone (iOS or Android) that can be used for multi-factor authentication purposes. Must have iOS 17 or greater, or Android OS 12 or greater. Apple or Samsung brand preferred.
