Job summary

Domino's Pizza at 1728 Marsh Road is seeking a Customer Service Rep (04422) for a full-time store role. You will receive and process telephone orders, stock ingredients and maintain inventory, and keep the shop clean while following safety and hygiene guidelines.

The position requires basic math, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate a computer or touch screen to enter orders, both over the phone and in person.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
