Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our family operations team. This remote role supports families by handling billing inquiries, system questions, and general support across KinderCare and Champions brands.

You’ll de-escalate concerns with calm, solution-focused communication, build strong relationships with families and business partners, and document interactions in our ticketing system. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to de-escalate issues and maintain calm, solution-focused communication.
• Proven ability to log and track interactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with billing issues, system support, and general inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• De-escalate customer concerns to resolve conflicts and ensure positive outcomes.
• Build relationships with families and business partners across KinderCare brands.
• Log and document all interactions in the internal ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team to answer parent questions and improve processes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our family operations team! This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, resolving issues, assisting with billing and backup care services, and building strong relationships with families and business partners across all KinderCare and Champions brands. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with billing issues, system support concerns, and general inquiries via phone, email, and chat using exceptional customer service
• Effectively de-escalate customer concerns using calm, solution-focused communication to resolve conflicts and ensure positive outcomes
• Build strong relationships with business partners across the organization
• Thoroughly log and document all calls, emails, and chats in the internal ticketing system
• Share innovative thoughts, ideas, and solutions to improve current procedures and our family experience
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team by allowing open communication and working with colleagues to resolve parent questions and concerns

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience supporting clients with issue resolution and relationship management in a fast-paced environment
• Able to use logical judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate situations, establish priorities, and resolve matters
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus
• Remote call center work experience a plus
