The Juris Agency in Moline, IL is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our in-office insurance team. This full-time salaried role focuses on client accounts, policy servicing, scheduling, and proactive customer care.
Candidates must be licensed in property and casualty, with Life/Health licenses preferred; training and reimbursement programs are available. You will handle calls, emails, quotes, and daily tasks to support agents and retain clients.

This position is a full time, administrative salaried, in-office position.

Candidates to be considered for this position must be highly motivated, seasoned in customer service experience, organized, dependable, career & customer driven as well as dedicated.
Responsibilities for customer service are but not limited to the following: Client account & policy servicing, appointment scheduling, cross-selling considerations, payment posting, retention assistance, in-bound & out-bound phone calls, email correspondence, client follow up, new business/existing business quoting, daily past due & cancellation tracking, and assisting with assigned tasks as delegated by agent.
Candidates for this position must be fully licensed at minimum in property and casualty authorities in order to be considered for initial employment offer.
It is preferred for candidates being considered for this position to be licensed additionally in life and health insurance authorities.
If Life and health additional authorities are not obtained at the time of employment offer, it will be required of the candidate to obtain both life & health authorities within 60 days of first date of hire.
Post employment reimbursement programs are available for Life/Health class & exam authority fees per contract specifications that will be provided at the time of final stages of the interview process.
