Job description

Overview

Pendleton Community Care, Inc. seeks a full-time Customer Service Specialist to work 40 hours per week at PCC in Franklin, WV. This would also include providing coverage at our satellite sites in Riverton and Harman, when needed.

We are a private, non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides healthcare services to insured, uninsured, and under-insured children and adults within our service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at PCC in Franklin and at satellite sites in Riverton and Harman as needed.
• Work evenings and Saturdays as required.
