Responsibilities

• Prepare and respond to reports based on requests from LG Electronics customers, with task allocation and direction from the team manager
• Analyze chassis utilization status and manage overall usage efficiency
• Maintain and track the Claim List, ensuring timely progress updates and resolution
• Collect and manage supporting documents for claims from shipping lines, carriers, and warehouse operations
• Register and manage non-conformance cases in the system, including monitoring the status of non-conformance and claim records
• All other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay

• $50,000-80,000 a year depending on qualifications and experience
