Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations in Mount Juliet, TN. The role involves assessing customer needs, promoting packing supplies, and ensuring units are ready to rent.

• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls as needed.

Job Description

• Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities
• Assess customers’ storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk and move within facilities for up to 50% of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweep/mop interior areas and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal, keeping them clean and free of debris

Qualifications

Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service–centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies

Transportation: Employees are required to have a valid driver’s license and must use their own vehicle to travel between work locations and/or for other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available)
