As a Concierge Security Guard you will welcome visitors, verify identity, manage access, perform patrols, report incidents, and coordinate with emergency teams while maintaining safety and a professional demeanor on every shift.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Wednesday- Thursday 12pm-7pm, Friday- Saturday 1pm-9pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm ( 36 hours per week)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
