• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and assist.
• Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project.
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in your department.
• Maintain in-stock condition and keep areas clean, shop-able, and safe.
• Follow safety policies and complete required safety training, reporting hazards when observed.
• Collaborate with your Department Supervisor and other departments to meet customer needs.
