Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their needs to offer appropriate solutions.
• Explain product features and benefits to drive sales and close opportunities.
• Maintain in-stock conditions, keep the department clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety policies, complete safety training, and report hazards.
• Work with Department Supervisor and other associates across departments to support store goals.
• Assist in other departments as needed to fulfill customer requests.
