Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs.
• Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell a project.
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in your department and in adjacent departments.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and ensure areas are clean, shop-able, and safe.
• Follow safety policies and complete safety training, reporting hazards to management.
• Work with Department Supervisor and other associates across departments.
• Departments include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental.
