The Home Depot in the United States is hiring Customer Service/Sales associates to provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and offer assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools and information to help customers select and complete entire projects.

They greet, qualify, recommend and close sales within their department and support adjacent areas.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs.
• Learn about products using company tools and information to help customers select projects and complete purchases.
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in your department and assist in adjacent areas.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and keep the department clean, shop-able and safe.
• Follow safety policies, complete safety training, correct hazards or report conditions to the Manager on Duty.
• Collaborate with the Department Supervisor and other associates across departments.
• Support store departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental.
• Roles may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
