Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to provide accurate product recommendations.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and keep departments clean, safe, and shop-ready.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers through the sales process from greeting to close.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to the Manager on Duty.
• Coordinate with Department Supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
