• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and handle basics in adjacent departments.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness, shop-ability, and safety.
• Follow safety policies, complete safety training, correct hazards, or report conditions to the Manager on Duty.
• Collaborate with Department Supervisor and other associates across departments.
