Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail helps you succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Sales-friendly mindset with goal-oriented attitude and drive to meet targets.
• Comfort with learning reservation software and using basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Identify renters’ needs and recommend upgrades and services to boost sales.
• Assist daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborate with team to keep operations running smoothly and create a great guest experience.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to learn, grow, and make an impact.
