Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale. You will help stock and maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor while ensuring a clean, safe environment and promoting our mission and values.

A typical full-time schedule is 35–40 hours per week with open schedule availability including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Willingness to cross-train and train new employees.
• Experience working with diverse populations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and welcoming atmosphere.
