Work Schedule

We are seeking individuals open to working a 40-hour shift/schedule anytime Monday - Sunday between 8am-9pm EST. You will be given a set schedule upon offer.

Job Description

Join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Service Representative! You will provide telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Responsibilities include coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying benefits, translating and entering prescriptions into the pharmacy system, communicating and collecting copays, obtaining authorizations, and collaborating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve account issues.

Effective communication with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners is essential to ensure timely processing of medications and fulfillment of financial and clinical expectations. Required Qualifications

• Valid/Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
• One year experience in a customer service role handling complex customer needs over the phone.
• One year experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email.
• One year of computer keyboarding experience and skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare work experience, familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology.

Education

Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $28.46 per hour
