Job summary

Imperial in Rochester Hills, Michigan, is seeking a full-time hourly Customer Service Representative to manage accounts from initial order to finalization. You will communicate with outside sales, corporate, and wholesale customers while handling product details like color patterns, leather headcovers, and accessories.

You’ll maintain professionalism, answer product questions, follow up on orders to meet delivery dates, and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
• Strong organizational skills are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
• Ability to respond promptly to various client demands is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts from initial orders to finalization.
• Communicate with outside sales representatives as well as corporate and wholesale customers.
• Understand color patterns, leather headcovers & accessories, and other information necessary for maintaining processes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
• Answer questions from customers or individuals about products or direct them to the appropriate person.
• Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
• Build relationships with customers and clients.
• Proof designs from the art department.
• Understand company trademarks and registrations.
• Learn and understand the purchase order process.
• Communicate with customers over multiple email systems.
• Work with company-related websites and website orders.
