Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Minot, ND is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, drive new member sales, and create a positive experience. You will handle front desk duties, tours, sign-ups, and respond to questions with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication. You will contribute to member satisfaction daily while supporting the Club Manager and team, with flexible scheduling and opportunities

Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
