The Customer Service Representative role is a 24/7, 365-day operation that supports internal customers by managing incoming phone requests for medical and operational supplies, such as bandages and wraps. This position functions in a fast-paced, call center style environment with a strong emphasis on customer service. Representatives are responsible for accurately processing requests and ensuring timely delivery of supplies, either physically or through a pneumatic tube system, to maintain smooth, uninterrupted operations.
