Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative to greet patients at check-in, guide them through the registration process, and address questions with empathy.

You will work across several computer systems, answer phones, verify information, and support both patients and clinicians in a fast-paced setting. Training will be provided to launch your healthcare career.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.12 - $23.21 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
