R1 RCM Inc. in Carmel, Indiana is seeking an entry-level Patient Access Associate to support registration and front-desk duties. You will welcome patients, route communications, and handle inquiries with a focus on accurate data entry and friendly service.

The role requires no previous experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and is on-site. Training will cover procedures and teamwork within a busy healthcare environment, with competitive hourly pay.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.12 - $23.21 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
