Job summary

XPO, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Westminster, VT to support billing, inquiries, and documentation on a fast-paced dock environment. You will handle shipments, tariff queries, and billing while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent service.

• Process over, short, and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution

Pay, benefits and more:

• Expected pay range: $22.67 to $26.05 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
