Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Thomaston, GA is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to engage with customers, explain services and billing, and resolve inquiries with professionalism.

This in-office role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, with shifts from 10am to 7pm and a Saturday rotation. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with benefits after a 30-day waiting period.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone to address inquiries and explain services and billing.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.
• Manage customer accounts in the computer system.
• Log and track customer calls and inquiries in a tracking form.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Provide initial support for electronic delivery channels (email).
• Follow up timely to resolve issues with additional resources as needed.

The Customer Service Team Member will engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve complaints. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Essential Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service via phone, explaining services and billing, addressing problems, and directing calls appropriately.


• Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate records are kept and necessary reports are prepared.


• Account Management: Maintain customer account information on the computer system.


• Inquiry Tracking: Record customer calls and inquiries using a tracking form.


• Communication: Professionally communicate with external customers and internal colleagues.


• Electronic Support: Offer initial support and answer inquiries regarding electronic delivery channels, such as email.


• Follow-Up: Timely follow-up on issues requiring additional resources for resolution.

Requirements
