Job summary

Uline is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative for the Kenosha branch on-site. Full-time schedules, 4 or 5 days per week, with weekend coverage.

Expect to learn quickly, handle orders, provide solutions and deliver legendary service using our tools. You will build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat, becoming a product and solutions expert who understands needs and can navigate our website for ordering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you.
