Job summary

Uline is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Kenosha, WI, with 4- or 5-day schedules that may include weekends.

Training is thorough and ongoing support is provided to grow your career. You’ll handle orders, answer questions about products, pricing and shipping, and assist customers via phone, email and chat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
