Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Westminster, CO is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience at the front desk.

You will greet potential members, handle front desk tasks, assist with tours and sign-ups, process cancellations, support member services, and help keep the club clean. This role reports to the Club Manager and features a Saturday 4PM–8PM shift with benefits including free uniforms and training.

• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• · Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.

Physical Demands

• · Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift


• · Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift


• · Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
