Job summary

Planet Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to greet prospective members and deliver a superior guest experience with warm, professional service to members and guests.

You will conduct tours, answer questions on memberships, assist with sign-ups and check-ins, help with cancellations and BCM amenity usage, update member information, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment for everyone.

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
