PPG is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Alexander, Arkansas, who will excel in order management and customer interactions. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries and entering orders accurately into the system while adhering to ISO guidelines. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and a strong understanding of product offerings.

Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive customer orders, reviewing customer order requirements, resolving any missing, ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements, entering orders into the business system and following up with customers regarding changes to orders. You will report to the Customer Service Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders, reviewing customer order requirements
• Resolve any missing, ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements
• Enter orders into the business system and following up with customers regarding changes to orders
• Be accurate in all phases of order entry, debits, credits and returns and the approval process according to ISO guidelines.
• Counsel customers on basic information concerning return policies, availability, packaging, price and general information found on product literature.
• Use the CAIR program for resolutions on general Complaints.

Qualifications

• 1 year external working experience in Customer Service related field or college degree.
• Understand all products and be able to assist with all Customer Service telephones regardless of the region or business segment to give full back-up support.
• Have understanding of all PPG policies and special product requirements and follow the ISO guidelines.
