Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help manage the lifecycle of customer purchases from scheduling deliveries to handling payments and inquiries. You will work both independently and in small teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will provide genuine, friendly service with excellent listening and communication skills, adapting to a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customers' purchase. You bridge the gap between the dream and the reality by assisting customers with scheduling their deliveries, managing payments and skillfully acknowledging customer questions and concerns. You will work independently and on a small team to ensure our vision of enhancing the customer shopping experience is continually strengthened.
