LoanMax is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Des Moines, IA location. This entry-level, full-time role offers Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-2pm, with Sundays off, plus on-site training and benefits.

You will handle loan processing, cash handling, and collection calls while delivering superior customer service. A high school diploma, basic computer and data entry skills, and willingness to pass background and credit checks are required.
