Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated patient account specialist to serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding service issues on patient accounts.

You will document issues, respond to inquiries, and assist in setting up payment plans while coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing errors efficiently and accurately.
