Colorado Access in Denver is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to support our mission by assisting members with benefits, coverage, claims, and eligibility information in a hybrid work environment.
Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly preferred. The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering courteous, HIPAA-compliant service.

We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly preferred. Here is what the position will look like.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience is required. Experience in medical insurance and Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and enrollment is highly preferred. Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly preferred.
Ability to work within a call center environment and answer inquiries in a professional manner. Requires the ability to identify and appropriately handle grievances and appeals, and to facilitate quality outcomes and/or resolutions for the benefit of all applicable parties. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision and values. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) with ability to work with a variety of project management tools. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
A valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving.

The compensation for this position is $51,600.00 - $53,500.00 annually and is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Colorado Access has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Colorado Access may pay for the position at the time of posting. Colorado Access may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
