Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. in Colorado is seeking a customer service representative to respond to calls and written inquiries as a direct point of contact for customers.

You will document inquiries, apply confidentiality guidelines, and maintain production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to pass background checks, and experience with PC, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
