Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, customer-focused role at our airport locations in Mississippi. You will assist customers through the rental and return process, handle vehicle checks, and use handheld devices to enter information.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and data entry.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to type and enter vehicle information accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• This is an outdoor, multi-functional role assisting customers throughout the rental and return process at airport lots.
• Check vehicles, enter information into a handheld device, and process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Assist customers at exit gates and check in vehicles at return.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for every customer.

What You'll Do:

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return.

Across all duties, you'll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

• * Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• * This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• * 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
