Job summary

Avis Budget Group International is hiring for an outdoor, customer-focused position at airport locations. You will assist customers through the rental and return process, handle vehicle checks, and use handheld devices to log information.

A strong emphasis on service and flexibility to work various shifts is essential. You must have a valid driver’s license, be 18+, and enjoy working outdoors while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).

• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move on the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles; drive various vehicles.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• On-site presence required; not remote.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Check vehicles and enter information into handheld devices.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and assist at exit gates.
• Check in returned vehicles and ensure smooth, efficient operations.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same-and where your flexibility and customer service skills make a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return.

Across all duties, you’ll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.
