Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, hands-on role at our Little Rock airport location. You will assist customers through the rental and return process, checks vehicles, and use handheld devices to complete transactions.

Strong customer service and reliability are essential for a smooth, positive experience for every guest. This position requires being active outdoors, flexible shifts, and working on-site; 18+ and US work authorization are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry are needed.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help create positive experiences.
• Professionalism, patience, and clear communication are important in service.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move around the rental lot and drive various vehicles.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Check vehicles and prepare them for rental on airport lots.
• Enter information into handheld devices.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Assist customers at exit gates during the rental process.
• Check in vehicles at return and ensure proper handling.
