• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots.
• Check vehicles, enter information into a handheld device, process rentals for loyalty customers, assist customers at exit gates, and check in vehicles at return.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you willassistcustomers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers,assistingcustomers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return.

Across all duties,you'llprovide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.
