Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, fast-paced Airport Service Agent in Jackson, MS. You will assist customers through rental and return processes on airport lots, perform vehicle checks, and input data on handheld devices. This role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service to every customer.

This position emphasizes on-site duties, a willingness to work outdoors, and strong communication. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus and 18+ with legal work

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work outdoors and stay active.
• Able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move around the lot.
• Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• On-site work only; not remote.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
