Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, on-site rental associate at the Alcoa, TN airport lot. You will assist customers through the rental and return process, check vehicles, and handle handheld device data entry while delivering friendly, professional service.

What You’ll Do:

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return. Across all duties, you’ll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.
