Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at our Albuquerque airport locations to join a customer-focused team delivering car rental services. In this outdoor, fast-paced role, you will assist customers through the rental and return processes, handle vehicles, and operate a handheld device to ensure a smooth experience.

You will provide friendly, efficient service, support loyalty customers, and adapt to various shifts. The role requires a valid driver’s license and 18+ years of age.

What You'll Do

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return. Across all duties, you'll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License

• Flexibility to work all shifts


• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles


• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States


• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely


• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
