Job summary

Kinsmith Finance has been offering traditional personal loans since 1944 with many convenient locations serving customers in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work directly with customers in the branch to process loan applications, accept payments, and assist in successfully managing their accounts.

You’ll greet customers, process applications and payments, answer questions about accounts and loan options, and help keep accurate records

• Prior Finance, Retail , or Sales experience.
• Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals .

Monthly Bonus Incentives

All eligible customer service representatives have the opportunity to earn up to $1300 additional monthly bonuses based on office performance. Offices should expect to earn a minimum of $500 per month in bonus incentives.
