Job summary

Uline, a fast-growing packaging and shipping materials supplier, is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Kenosha, WI location. You will handle orders, answer product and shipping questions, and build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.

We provide hands-on training, growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package in a 24/7 on-site operation. Must be fluent in English and Spanish and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
