Job summary

Valin Chandler is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Automation to serve as the front line for customer inquiries about accounts, products, and services. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong MS Office and CRM skills (Dynamics 365), and 1–2 years in technical sales support or fluid handling products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Applications (MS Office).
• Experience with CRM preferred: Dynamics 365 a plus.
• Prefer 1–2 years’ experience in fluid handling products and service offerings and/or sales support of technical industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Talks with customers by phone or in person to ensure the best service possible.
• Takes care of and settles customer complaints, special orders, or returns.
• Answers customers' questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance.
• Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping.
• Refers complaints of product or service failure to appropriate departments for investigation.
• Coordinates customers' service needs with other departments as required to ensure premium customer service.
