BFS Foods in Waynesburg, PA seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide fast, friendly service. The role reports to the General Manager and involves cash handling, stocking, and assisting customers in a busy store environment.

The CSR position is hourly, with schedules determined by store management. Availability for both part-time and full-time shifts is required, and benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for store forms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to eight hours.
• Experience with computer usage.

Responsabilidades

• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Be able to work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Be able to read, understand, write, and communicate in the English language.
• Be able to perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.
• Be able to check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Be able to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
• Be able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Be able to retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Be able to tolerate exposure to cleaning products and sanitizing solutions.
• Be able to clean windows and change gas price signs.
• Be able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and manage trash.
• Be able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the store.
• Be able to enter and work in a cooler and freezer under specified conditions.
• Have the ability to learn and work on a computer.
